More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various areas of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
